Let's face it, if you're reading this you must care about having a healthy lifestyle. Zurego only promotes health and beauty products that solve a problem, or make you feel better about yourself, and most of our social media activity is about encouraging a healthy lifestyle. 

Better Mental Health

It's normal at this time of year to make some health-related resolutions, or some positive changes to diet and lifestyle. As well as looking after your body, it is also just as important to look after your mental health, too. 

Benefits of Being Active

It's pretty obvious that getting off the couch to run a 5k, or to regularly go hiking (don't forget your Blis-Sox!) is a good way of living a more healthy lifestyle. But did you know that simply being outside can have health benefits?

Last year we teamed up with Glyn Dodwell, an ambassador for the Ordnance Survey's Get Outside movement, and he was kind enough to promote some of our products on his blog, aimed at healthy living for the over 60s

Our friend Julie Singh in the States has also written about the remarkable benefits of being outdoors in her blog, Trip Outside. She writes that not only are there many biological benefits of being outdoors, but also psychological benefits, too. 

Mental Health Charity, Mind also has a great article on how nature can benefit mental health.

So there you have it! Don't just take our word for it. Being outside and living a healthy lifestyle has so many benefits. As if you didn't already know (but this might help you keep that new year's resolution going well into Spring!)
