Loving the comfort patches. I’ve been using one for the last two weeks on the inside balls of both feet - I cut one in half. They stick very easily, easy to remove and replace/ reposition. I have even washed them and the stickiness stays. They have made a huge difference to the feeling of comfort on the balls of my feet. I walk between 5 and 7 miles every day on roads / pavements as I train for the Camino in June and they are so good . Absolutely delighted so far. Unlike blister patches they don’t remove any skin from your feet. My tip is to keep hold of the plastic to which they are attached. A good way to look after them when they are not in use
